Church support for refugees

Switzerland is a country of immigration and migration is a concern for the authorities as well as for civil society and the churches. The Protestant Church in Switzerland (PCS) has advocated, ever since its founding, for a migration policy that takes into account not only risks and dangers but also the opportunities and value of migration. the PCS strongly supports compliance with international legal agreements regarding migration and flight as well as general declarations of human rights.
