Evangelical Reformed Church of the Canton of Zurich

The Reformed Church of the Canton of Zurich is based on the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Reformation of Huldrych Zwingli. It builds on its parishes and is open to all people in its diversity as a people’s church. Through its diakonia agencies and international organizations, it is connected to the worldwide church of Jesus Christ. It is recognized by public law and committed to the principles of the democratic rule of law. The church is committed to these norms in its own structures, and fulfills its responsibilities for diakonia by collaborating with public and private institutions. In ecumenical openness, it works together with other churches.
